Universal testing machines
One platform. Every test.
Two frames to one accuracy class, taking the same grips, extensometers and chambers. The 7200 closes the loop on load, strain and stress for certification work; the 9000 runs travel-controlled from its own console for the tests a laboratory repeats every day.
Fatigue testing
Built for cycles that never stop.
Servo-driven systems for high-cycle and low-cycle work — a single-axis machine for coupons, and a multi-axis rig that loads a part along several axes at once with a programmable phase shift between them.
Rubber & polymer rheology
Two instruments, one compound.
The rheometer follows a compound's cure at constant strain and constant frequency, on sealed biconical dies. The process analyser varies strain, frequency and temperature in a sealed, pressurised cavity to measure the viscoelastic behaviour behind it.
Torsion testing
Twist, to the tenth of a degree.
Interchangeable, self-identifying torque cartridges re-range one frame across four orders of magnitude, so a switchgear spring and a drive shaft are the same machine.
Complete your testing system
A frame is half of a test.
Grips matched to the specimen, extensometry that reads strain off the sample itself, and chambers that hold a setpoint for as long as the method runs.
